This teapot was very good for the first year of its use. Now it has rusted where the solder joint is for the spout to connect to the base. It leaks tea out of the bottom of the spout now. We are really disappointed.

I've been looking for a hotel style everyday use stainless steel teapot for months. This one is perfect. It has a very nice weight but easy to lift and carry one handed. Nice latch and an easy pour without drips. I recommend highly and will look for more in larger sizes from this manufacturer to have around for larger gatherings.
